Directions For Use
Apply to clean, dry skin and rub gently until fully absorbed. Rotate application sites with each use. Wash your hands after each application. For best results, apply at the same time each day.
Begin use on Day 12 of your menstrual cycle and apply for 5 consecutive days, followed by a 1–2 day break, then repeat. Alternatively, apply daily for 25 days followed by a 5-day break, then repeat the cycle.
